WE ARE ON THE PAGE OF THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, URBANIZATION AND CLIMATE CHANGE WITH OUR EVENTS

We are on the page of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change with our support for the Zero Waste Project at the 23 April Environment and Children's Festival...

As part of the 23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Day celebrations, we represented our province Adıyaman in the "Environment and Children's Festival" event organized by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change in 81 provinces.

On Saturday, April 23, 2022, we first held the 23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Day Celebration program. After the celebration program, we successfully represented our city Adıyaman with the various workshops we held at the Environment and Children's Festival organized by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change with the participation of our students, teachers and parents in the workshops we set up in our school garden.

In the event, the opening speech was made by the artificial intelligence robot IZERO, developed by BİLSEM. Subsequently, it was aimed to raise Zero Waste, Recycling, Climate Change, Nature and Environmental Awareness, and within this scope, we worked with colorful workshops.

Accompanied by the Environmental Inspector song, we created beautiful works by doing activities at the Friend Bracelet Workshop, Stone Painting Workshop, Cloth Bag Printing Workshop, and Wood Painting Workshops. In addition, the Environment, Urbanism and Climate Change Provincial Director and his staff watched our work and took videos and photos with the drone.

All the materials we used in the event were provided by Adıyaman Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanism and Climate Change. At the end of the event, T-shirts, hats, paint and brush sets were presented to all our classmates representing our city. We were very happy as a class.

One day later, our teacher said that our activities were reported on the Instagram account and website of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, and in some local newspapers. We read these news together with our teacher and we were proud of ourselves as a class because we took part in such a beautiful event.
